It's a drink, you basically use the alcohol to extract a highly concentrated amount of thc from your chop / whatever bud u use, which in turn fucks you right up =p. That link gives you a step by step process and tells you how to figure out dosages etc.
I highly recommend it, but make sure u use chop unless u have money to burn because you need a lot to make a batch worthwhile.
